I'm glad to see we share a transfer agreement with them. I thought CSI was just a T.V. show?

The only (appropriate) thing I can think of is that they're referring to how they like their guys (shaven face or unshaven face).

or even better, the line of guys outside of their dorm rooms....

Notice how i said "The only (appropriate) thing I can think of..."
I thought of several inappropriate things before I came to the single mentionable one.

This got airtime on a local sports radio show this morning as I was driving to work.
