my guesses are:
usc
ohio st
texas
florida
wisconsin
not too sure about the wome side of things, and i cant remember back to new years, much too long ago...

Tennessee is one. Really, for me, the only one that matters.
The Lady Vols have made every women's tournament since the AIWA days.
