Torture or true insanity?
Posted: Tue Dec 19, 2006 12:00 pmWe didn't torture him, argue the representatives of the U.S. government, but if we did, and it made him crazy -- well, then, no claims he makes about said torture can be trusted. He is, after all, mentally incompetent.
This is from the federal prosecutors in the Jose Padilla case. Very dangerous precedent possibly being played out here.
