It is 3 AM and that is probably why this is making me laugh but I found this to be rather funny (I am hoping this was photoshopped):

Man looking at this again is still good. I love how the two on the right look sad/upset for the cat, while the one on the left appears to be holding on for dear life.

I think the vessel in the picture was recalled due to deaths. I was reading my Consumer Reports mag this weekend, and they had a little tid bit about a recall on a pulled tube that would actually take flight. It looks exactly like the Sea Doo in the picture.

The one your thinking of is below. Here is a link to the recall article http://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prhtml06/06210.html
Here is a link to an actual picture use of the kite tube. This guy is in for some hurt!

Go to YouTube and search for "Kite Tube" or "Kite Tubing" and you'll fine plenty of examples of the recalled products...and plenty of laughs

Brutal............thanks for the links. lacrosse helmet: check, rib pads: check, life vest: check. I've spent my fair share of time tubing behind a boat and that hurts. I couldn't imagine a spill from that thing.

It is pretty painful when you fall on those. I was up about 12 feet and the wind caught it wrong and flipped over and i felt like i hit a brick wall. But the flying part is awesome and the bruises/pictures after are awesome. haha

Corbin,
The funniest thing about that picture...is that before the person got on that tube that day...they prolly told themselves "Ya know what...wakeboarding or skiiing is just too dangerous for me...besides it's just a tube."

Oh boy............that guys going to be hurting. Just estimating here, but it looks like he's about 40' off the water.
It was kind of funny reading the recall notice on these. The company couldn't attribute injuries to miss use or their faulty product. Looks like the product works just fine to me.
