Anyone know if/how you can extract the audio from a Flash file?

Looking for a Windows based solution, not a Mac solution. Thanks.

It might not result in high quality audio, but try out the windows Sound Recorder. It's in the Accessories or Multimedia folder in your start menu. Go to the options menu, select the audio input, play the flash file and just hit record.
