since my last post, not one person has entered the contest. we could use a few more to make things interesting.

Too many games to do and think about. Pick 7-10 games a week that have some meaning and you will get people to play. it is the same as with our pick'em thing. if we did every game each week, no one would do it cause it is way too much to look into for pretty much no gain.

You must have missed the line in the original post that says "Pick 5".

KnoxVegas has personally guaranteed a perfect 5-0 record this week, including Tenn as his primetime, 5 star, SELC non-conference game for the month of September (prior to Labor Day) lock or the rest of the season is free.
DanGenck, who still thinks that he should have won last year's college bowl pickem contest, has called out all challengers. "It's on," exclaimed Genck. "Last year's bowl season was a tough one. I know I underperformed in 2005 and I am looking turn it around big time this season." Never to be outdone by Knox, Genck has answered with his own "VIP players' only please" 5-0 guarantee, including BYU as this week's blueplate, RMLC road dog upset special.
Week 2 will feature expert prognosticators DannyHogan and shrekjr offering more indepth analysis.

USC 15 Miss St. 0- Winner!
ISU 45 Toledo 43 OT- Winner!
I would be a shoo-in for the MLB Hall of Fame if I keep this average up. Or a meterologist.

according to the official press release, the university of southern california is no longer usc. it's "southern cal." this was effective about 3 or 4 years ago. when knox says usc, he is referring to the university of south carolina. and, as he guaranteed, they did cover tonight.
laxative, you are correct. southern cal is playing arkansas this weekend.

I was just joking. Go Cocks! But, the University of Southern California's official stance is...please don't call us Southern Cal. Sounds too much like Cal Berkeley. But whatever...I'm going 5-0 this week. Interesting games so far, can't wait 'till Saturday! Good luck to all. Except you Razorbacks, of course.

If anyone should be pissed about the bowls it should be me, I took second because two retarded kickers couldnt make an extra point,(UCF and FSU). As DG put it, "It's on, like Donkey Kong."
