Every week my DVR gets loaded with UFCs Greatest knockouts, and UFC unleashed. Each season I become addicted to the Ultimate Fighter.

I hear all the time that Boxing is on a downward trend and that the UFC is about to take over. Especially with the Heavyweight Division in Boxing so terrible, would you rather watch UFC or Boxing?

For me it is UFC all the way. I love watching Chuck Liddell Knocking someone out or clips of Hoyce Gracie choking someone out. I prefer the Flying knee to the over hand right anyday.

Ive been into both recently. I just pulled Fight Night Round 2 from the shelf and started playing that again a few days ago and the last couple nights ive been poking around youtube for ufc, mma (mixed martial arts), etc. clips. And for those who are interested, heres some cool self defense moves by noted mma expert, Bas Rutten.
