Audio File/Playback help?

Is anyone experienced with audio files and players (Windows Media Player, Real, WinAmp, etc.).

It appears that someone recorded the final game, but they can't hear anything. I don't know if the file is corrupted or repairable. I'm not knowledgable about audio files (at all).
