Michael Vick has settled the STD lawsuit filed against him by the 26 year old health care worker who alleged that she contracted herpes following consensual sex with him.

Terms of the settlement, which were not disclosed, are rumored to be payment of $1.9 million to the victim along with a lifetime supply of Valtrex. The Atlanta Falcons have not yet decided whether they will market jerseys sporting the name "Ron Mexico" next season.
