Hurricane Katrina and Rita Recovery - Habitat for Humanity International is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian organization dedicated to eliminating substandard housing and homelessness worldwide and to making adequate, affordable shelter a matter of conscience and action. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, HFHI retains complete control over the use and distribution of donated funds in furtherance of its mission.
