Lady Vols 89 F
UConn 80

Once again, Geno is outclasssed and his team loses to the best collegiate women's basketball program, top to bottom, ever!

If we're talking Women's B-ball, MSU beat #8 Rutgers 73-71 yesterday. State has this 3-point shooter, Bowen, that can drain NBA 3's.

Easy there with the anti-Geno comments. There is no lack of class in the UConn program if you are talking about the players or fans... Geno is mouthy, but he is an extremely professional coach who has won 5 National Championships and never thrown a chair on the court or grabbed a player by the throat in the process (which would warrant his lack of class).

I will agree, he's not Pat Summit (900 wins is simply amazing) and he has a problem keeping to himself, but to say he lacks class is a stretch.

Trivia question: What is Geno's lifetime record against PS and Tennessee?
Two wins in a row by the Vols hardly qualifies for "once again"!
I also say that some of the undefeated UConn championship teams of the past several years would rate as highly as this year's Vols edition. No doubt though Pat has had some very good recruiting success.
Those two squads are certainly the elite of lady basketball.
Go Huskies!

Tennessee will steam roll all the way to the title with their starting 5... Zolman alone is a stud, which teams like UConn lack this season.

Baylor...

If we are talking Women's Basketball, yeah Tenn may have a good team, but I strongly urge you not to overlook the defending National Champs Baylor!!! Yes we may of lost by 3 to missouri, but everybody loses every now and then. Baylor got shafted with the #7 preseason ranking, especially after whooping up on Georgia. It will be a good year for the lady bears, mark my words, I am calling it now...

"Outclassed" does not mean that one team lacks "class" or good sportsmanship. "Outclassed" means the teams are at a different level, skillwise, (eg. in a class by themselves).

Exactly.
