If someone wanted to be a jerk, they could go and find a school that has the most expensive airfare to fly into and since he's promising to make it to one home game this could cost the kid a little more than its worth. I just think its hillarious that someone is willing to pay this guy to be a fan... I need to start brainstorming ideas like this.

When i saw the post on this board i couldnt believe it, when I saw the actual ebay page, my jaw hit the floor. I have to admit this is pretty clever on his part, people are stupid if they bid, I wonder if he'll switch to a 1-AA team if they win...go Mcneese State

The desention is growing. You can call it genius if you want but I dare to assume that this guy went to Pellissippi (and didn't graduate) rather than attended my alma mater.

As upset as I am at the current administration, I would not sell them out. proof that he is a fairweather fan is that he is holding a Manning jersey in one hand and a framed piece of our old turf checkboard endzones. First off, a real fan would not be caught dead in a Manning jersey. Manning lost four straight times to Florida. Enough said. As for the turf, a real fan would have snuck in, say the night of 13 January 1994, during a blizzard and cut their own, rather than paying $300+ for a framed piece.

I retired as a Vol fan on 1 January 2005, shortly after UT beat A&M, and that fraud of frauds, Franchione in the Cotton Bowl. Like Jordon, Magic, Mr. Clean and Lemieux, I reserve the right to come back when the time is right. This clown can never come back. He is a sorry pathetic excuse for a fan and I hope that Bama fans pay him off so his soul burn in Hades for eternity. Or he is subject to Mr. Four or Six Bits at Ben Hill Griffin.

Adios, my friend. God smiled on you once. He turns he countenance from thee now. I got two words for this clown: Brandon Stewart. Who? Exactly! Stewart was the fan and student favorite amongst the two freshamn QBs that were pressed into service at the beginning of the 1994 Volunteer campaign after the "General"Jerry Colquitt, team leader and 5th year senior went down on the 7th play of the opening drive of the first game versus UCLA in the Rose Bowl and one, Tod Helton proved to be a better baseball player than QB.

The two freshman platooned until the scrawny kid from New Orleans emerged as the starter for the Florida game. This kid, one Peyton Manning went on to lose three more games in his career at UT and managed to become the poster child for staying in school all four-year (did you read that one Heath Shuler). Manning even has a street named after him on campus, Peyton Manning Pass.

Brandon Stewart transfered early in the spring of 1995 to Texas A&M, never to be heard from again.

Go Vols! Beat Cal! 6 September 2006 in Knoxville.

Are you admitting a crime? And if so, congratulations.

Say what you will but the guy is into some serious scratch with 3 days to go now! Last I looked, it was over $600 with what looks like a business biding against a lawyer by the sound of the uid's.

The auction is getting interesting. Up to $900.00 - Golden Casinos is the high bidder at the moment!

Maybe they will put him under glass like the Virgin Mary toast they own as well. Better yet, just tattoo DONKEY on his forehead.

Can't wait to see this clown on the Tony Danza Show. Then everyone will know his name. Way to go smart guy. I hope the $900+ is worth your family and friends turning on you.

Yes, still retired but like most reitires bitter to the core.

I checked Friday and the listing was up over $1700.00 and when I went to see what the final was, I got this:

Invalid Item

If the item was removed by eBay, please consider this transaction canceled. If anybody contacts you to complete the sale, please ignore the request. Completing the sale outside of eBay may be unsafe and will not be covered by eBay purchase protection programs.

What a bunch of c**p!!! The guy was selling a service not a piece of toast with a questionable image. Ebay blew this one.
