Z. Thomas to play with torn labrum...

Postby James Foote on Tue Nov 29, 2005 2:02 pm

Middle linebacker Zach Thomas, the heart and soul of the Miami Dolphins' defense for a decade, will attempt to play the remaining five games of this season with a torn labrum in his right shoulder.

At this point, do you really push it with an injury? I don't see anything good that could come out of this.

Only reason I see is that he might have some incentives to make with tackles, sacks, ints, etc.--all based on what his contract stipulates of course.
