It is interesting to read that those folks are calling it "aggressive begging." It is interesting how we can do this with our English language by adding an adjective before a noun. That is what I find amusing with someone coming up with a name defining what those folks were doing.
After googling on "aggressive begging", those words have been used for many years. I thought you all would get a kick out of reading some cartoons on this very issue:
