Prison Break?

Do any of you share my love of Prison Break? I've been watching since the beginning, and I'm pretty hooked on it. I think it's very well written, with every episode revealing something new about how they'll break out. For those of you that haven't seen it, I'd describe it as a mixture between The Shawshank Redemption and a less graphic Oz. Sure there are some improbabilities to the show, but that's why we have suspension of disbelief, right? They always do a quick recap at the beginning of every show so that people can get the main idea as to what's been happening, so if you haven't watched this show yet, you should, next Monday at 8 pm(Central Time).
What do you people think about this show?

Great show. I've been watching it since the beginning, but I missed two of the more recent episodes. Thank God they had a marathon on FX on Sunday. How many more episodes before the finale? Can you believe that the woman on the phone has been the vice president?

Well, the show's been ordered for a whole season, so I assume that the finale won't be until the spring, although I can't imagine how they'll drag it out for that amount of time. Also, there's talk of a second season for the show, so we'll see how all of that turns out.
By the way, Monday night FOX is doing an encore of last week's episode at 7 pm (central time) and a brand new episode at 8 pm, so anyone who wants to see it, Monday's a good chance.

I thought I'd dig this thread out of the garbage because tonight starts all new episodes of Prison Break (8 pm Eastern/7 pm Central) on Fox. I know I'm excited. I can't wait to see how they plan to break out with Lincoln all but strapped to the electric chair.

I also enjoy the show known as PrisonBreak. Interesting concept. But it definately is not my most favorite show.
JW's top 5
1. The Shield - Shocking season finale for an already shocking Crime show.
2. Lost - Each week I watch i am thoroughly entertained, and the preview at the end of the show, gets me pumped for the Next Episode.
3. Rome - If you like HBO, and you like historical fiction, you will love this show. The first season was in the Fall, but i am already looking forward to the Next season.
4. Prison Break - been their from the beginning and enjoy every moment of it.
5. The Simpsons - 5 years ago would have been number 1, the show has dropped off somewhat, but the history of the Show and my occasional giggle when someone quotes it keeps it in the top 5.
Now I know what some of you are thinking, does this guy have a life? My response is yes, but only because of the greatest invention in the history of entertainment, DVR?

my response:
I have a hard time with "The shield" as I have a hard time being convinced that Michael Chiklis is a tough guy after his stints on "Seinfeld" and "The commish"
Lost has already lost my attention and interest.
Rome??? Never heard of it. Ain't that in Italy some place??
Prison Break - Well written and throughly entertaining but it now seems they are filling the story line with a lot of fluff to ride the coat tails of their success as long as possible.
The Simpsons - Always good for a laugh or two, but not on my regular viewing schedule.
My Shows now:
Monday - Prison Break, The Apprentice, CSI Miami
Tuesday - The Amazing Race
Wednesday - nothing
Thursday - ER
Friday - a couple of ne law shows (The jury is still out on these tho) No pun intended LOL

Great show. Others in my normal viewing schedule include:
How I Met Your Mother - Neil Patrick Harris is the man. Suit Up!
The Apprentice
The Amazing Race
The Office
Chappelle's Show
Family Guy
I watch a lot of "crappy" reality TV. I also watched that new comedy on NBC tonight about the teachers at some school (has the dorky/smart guy from the movie National Treasure in it), it was alright.

I really don't have a regular TV watching schedule, but I would watch whatever my wife is watching. That is because my teenaged son would sometimes be watching TV in another room, and I don't like his shows, though.
My fave TV show is USLIA.com as I read all of the comments back and forth among us fellow USLIAers.

The only mandatory weekly shows in the Sonny household:
The Sopranos, 24, Amazing Race
I have a hard enough time fitting those into my schedule as it stands now.....

sorry, but the Apprentice has fallen off since NBC decided to put it up against 24. this show cannot be touched as long as Jack Bauer is still willing to shoot anybody in the world for information.

Rome had its first season on HBO last fall and began with the rise and ended with the fall of Emperor Julius Caesar. Probably the best thing that HBO has come up with in a long time.
For me to watch Lost, Prison Break and the Shield i must use my DVR because I work nights.
If you like historical fiction you will like Rome, action violance, good looking women.
Now while I am sure that the Sopranos is a great TV show, it is hard for me to watch it and not compare it to the great gangster movies of all time. Scarface, Godfather, Casino. I have tried watching it, but just can't get interested.
Reality shows beat me to death. I mean they take a 2X4 with a nail in it and just wail away like Barry Bonds on a pitch from the latest call up from AAA Spokane.
