Heeeeere's Kansas:

I just got it from a fast-food restaurant last night. Dang, I will have to keep an eye out for Oregon and West Virginia. It was quite tempting to put this up in the GRLC forum, but the Water Cooler is really a better place to discuss this newest quarter.

I thought Oregon was out already? I could be confused, since I order the sets from the Mint.
BTW, is that all that Kansas has to offer??

Oregon was the most recent quarter released prior to the Kansas quarter.

The new nickels are great as well. Nice to see the images on our money changing from time to time. Now, if we could only get rid of the penny, the paper dollar and introduce a two dollar coin.

After reading the link, the West Virginia quarter appears to be in circulation as well. It is interesting to read about the New River Gorge inscription.

The New River gorge is a sight to behold. I have an event that I work every year in WV and we make the trip to take the newbies to see the bridge and gorge. Also, might I suggest tubing in Harper's Ferry.

The third photo came from this link where people flocked to the New River Bridge for Bridge Day.

i really like the kansas design. it appears we have a few "coiners" in our ranks. does anyone watch the coin vault on home shopping network? sometimes i find myself switching over to the "vault" during commercials on monday night football. that robert chambers guy is super annoying.
