Jason Collier passed away this past Friday night. Jason was living his dream, currently playing professional basketball for the Atlanta Hawks. He was a very close friend of a friend and on occaision I had the pleasure to spend a night or two wth him. He was more than a pro athlete, he was a good guy. The kind of person you want to know more about.
He leaves behind a beautiful wife and a year old daughter. Jason, you will be missed!

Sad to hear this news, early on Sunday morning about Jason. He had just past the pre-season physical for the Hawks. 28 years old, and in the prime of his NBA career, is way too young to die.
