Actually I must admit I know 50 decimal places of pi. But the only reason I know them (and probably will always remember) is because this past year in my AP calc class the teacher gave 50 extra credit points if you could recite all 50 numbers!! I really needed those extra points...

If she's going to go to that much effort she should reward herself with something better than Moose Drool. There's usually a decent import or two on sale...
(BTW, I'm duly impressed. I wish my calc profs had offered that little perk. I could've used those 50 points!!)

There is no beer made any better than Moose Drool. The modern generation of American craft beers (micros) are unmatched, at least in my book. I used to think Bass Ale from the UK was unbeatable, but there's dozens of our own micros every bit as good.
My 2 cents anyway...

Moose Drool is, um... not good. I bought it just because I liked the name, and I gotta say the stuff was putrid.

First off that was just high school calc, hopefully next year in college my knowledge of the number pi will give me a few extra points. Second, with all my knowledge and $7.99 I could go buy a six-pack of Moose Drool....but that would be illegal. Third, have you ever seen Moose Drool's Alumabottles?? They're sweet. (not that I would know). And fourth, if you don't like Moose Drool try some Scape Goat...its a pale ale. Or try Powder Hound (available November through March) or then again maybe not because I wouldn't know
.

I don't drink beer so I can't really talk (scandalous, I know. I prefer a good hard cider). I just go off what my hubby and his friends like. According to them there are some really good micros out there and some really bad ones. Unfortunately they don't carry Moose Drool on the left coast, to my knowledge anyway.
If you're ever in Richmond, VA try something from Legend Brewery. They're pretty good.

Just to let you know Moose Drool (and all other Big Sky Brewing Company beer) is carried in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, North & South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington, Oregon, California, and Alaska....not that I would know.

When do you realize your life is so pointless that you want to figure pi out to 1.24 trillion places or memorize pi to 83,000+ decimal places? Is this something you kind of just do as an everyday thing? "Ok, I have to walk the dog, throw in some laundry, memorize pi, and then take out the trash."
