Here is another interesting article in which the researchers wanted to know what would be the secret of a long life and then suggested that having a strong network of friends help people live longer.

I know families are important as well, yet I have seen that having friends who are really there for you would be a beneficial factor in living longer. Of course, the ol' saying still goes on, "It will need further research..."
