Once you get through the loading screen, you just need to click start and move your mouse left or right to keep yourself upright. A little movement goes a long way! My best is 84 meters, but haven't been able to get over 75 lately. Good sound effects too! When you fall down, click on the sign to try again.

I don't think that anyone wants to admit that they have nothing better to do. That said I was only able to get 66.
