Contemporary Media and Journalism (Mass Comm.) with emphasis on Electronic Media.

What that means is that it'll take me more than four years to make back the money I paid for the four years I was there to get that worthless degree.

Finance, and now I'm going back part time for ACCT. A managment degree is only two extra classes above and beyond what I've taken/will take, so I might as well tack that on as well.

Architecture, and just curious if there were any other architecture majors out there either playing or graduated. It is probably the most time consuming major in college and I literally didn't sleep for five years. Just wondering if anyone else out there went through the same thing.

I graduated in 2002, but my major started out as Criminal Justice, then I added on Business undeclared, then declared Management, then dropped CJ... so I graduated with a Business Managment degree. Going for my Sport Management masters in the next year or so.

Mechanical Engineering was pretty tough, but I managed to sleep. It's all about priorities and time-management. My brother is an architect major and when it comes to critique time, he never sleeps.

BAs in communications and journalism. I was struck with the realization that I am grossly undercompensated for a man with two college degrees. More and more, I'm thinking I'm an idiot for continuing in this career I love.

BYUAlum, you served a mission didn't you? Did you decide to get the Russian degree as a result of your mission work? I know a lot of RMs that have gone on Spanish or German speaking missions and decided to get a language degree when they got back.

I earned a B.S. in Environmental Science at Lehigh and have been at FSU ever since in pursuit of a PhD in Chemical Oceanography. It was definately tough being a science major and varsity lacrosse player in undergrad so I feel the architects' pain.

Psychology degree with the intent to be a teacher/counselor/coach. Wasted those four years. Now wish I had learned sports management and finance before I started doing it.
