I'd steal Homer Simpson's boxing entrance song... "Why Can't We Be Friends" by War.

When I played high school basketball, we came on to the court to Rage Against the Machine's "Bombtrack" before the warm-up tape degenerated into your standard rap fare. But that opening baseline...DY-NO-MITE!

If our team warmed up to du haste, I would punch myself in the face.
Though I admit, my tune could change. In high school, a friend of mine on the hockey team told me they were going to warm up to Rick Springfield's "Jesse's Girl". I thought it would have been stupid but it was perhaps the most fantastic warm up sequence I have ever seen. Nothing intimidates a team more to hear "And she's loving him with that body, I just know it!"

Ya in 2002 when we played Arizona, after they went to the locker room, they played the gummie bears theme song and the ducktales theme song for us. We were all singing them for the first quarter, some of the best lax we've played.

At the CCLA Div B Championships my sophomore year at IUPUI, all they had for a CD at the stadium was some cheesy CD which had Sir Mix-A-Lot, Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, and other early 90s greats. One of the best times ever warming up before a game.
