DRIGGS, Idaho - Dawn Wells, who played Mary Ann on "Gilligan's Island," is serving six months' unsupervised probation after allegedly being caught with marijuana in her car.

MSNBC reported that when first arrested Ms. Wells blamed the pot found on a hitchhiker she had just picked up, who started "smoking something". This despite the fact that the cops reportedly found a "number" of roaches in the car and that Dawn was driving erratically. The old "Blame it all on my passenger" defense fails yet again. She should have known that this defense only works for Portland Trail Blazers.
