"Chocolate Rain" sounds like something from an Dave Chappelle "R Kelly" skit. YouTube is currently down so I can't get a video yet.

I love the clip of miss South Carolina. Heres a transcript of the answer:
"I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uhmmm, some people out there in our nation don’t have maps and uh, I believe that our, I, education like such as uh, South Africa, and uh, the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uhhh, our education over here in the US should help the US, uh, should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for us"
Highlights include, "U.S. Americans", "the Iraq" and "such as"
This is a perfect time for the response to the Billy Madison academic marathon answer.
I said listen to, not read.

Funny story. When I was growing up, I was slightly rambunctious and continuously ran away from my mother anywhere we went. So eventually she bought a leash (seriously, they have these things in case you didn't know) and got me to wear it by saying 'Billy Bob' wears one (Billy Bob is the animatronic bear that's one of the leads in the Showbiz Pizza show). While I was a gullible 3 year old, he did in fact have suspenders on his coveralls, so I was eager to wear it.

If you look, each part is portrayed by a different group of characters. The bass is done by the guys in brown, keyboards done by the girls, drum machine done by mummies, guitar by the skeletons and vocals by the robots. I think its cool how they do stuff like that.

And while im doing stuff from daft punk, heres something else. You gotta wait a little bit for it to get into it, but its cool when it does. I think they should get tattoos of that stuff.
