I was always a fan of BYU's old royal blue jerseys and uniforms, especially the ones they had in the fall of '97. However, a few years later they rolled out the atrocities above. Not sure BYU fans were all that happy with "the bib."

After staring at it for a second, I realized that it looks like their pants are pulled up really high. I thought Eurkel designed these things.

I found these photos from the 1996 WAC championship game. The only real variation in the Wyoming uni is that there aren't stripes on the pants. The are the BYU unis I liked most.

As an aside, Ronney Jenkins (No. 16) was a **talented** running back. Too bad he couldn't stop violating the honor code. Don't think he did much at Northern Arizona after being booted out of Provo.

Their green jerseys were on the worst, I am guessing their classic blue or white jerseys made the best.

He did play a few years in the NFL.

For the record:

I know the difference between Yale's and BYU's uniforms. My point is that BYU and Penn State are classic uniforms, where Yale's are gimicky. Plus, Yale isn't even the best in the Ivy League. Dartmouth, Harvard, Penn and Brown are above and beyond.
