You don't mess around with Singapore.
You spit on the sidewalk, they fine you.
You get caught with drugs, they execute you.
But the trade-off is that it's a lovely city and is a great place for business. A bit sterile and the booze is overtaxed, but it may have one of the highest qualities of life in the world.
