El Mariachi was a good movie plus any movie I get to watch over two days in my spanish class and not do actual work back in college gets a thumbs up from me.

Swingers is a classic.

I was a fan of Grosse Point Blank whereas some of my friends find it boring.

Clerks, I still remember renting it to find out how raunchy it was then sneaking it over to my buddy's place to watch it back in 5th grade or so.

I thought Resevoir Dogs was a good call at #1...

Call me naive, but I never realized that Terminator was an indie film. Go figure.

I am a big fan of Shallow Grave. From the Trainspotting mold, without the baby on the red carpet, the dirty bed sheets or soccer videos.

Withnail and I - Truly one of the funniest movies I have ever seen.

Wow, they really nailed it on one through ten, although I think Donnie Darko could have been in good competition with 1st. The only one I think might be outta place is Sideways... don't get me wrong, it was a fantastic film, but I think the likes of Memento and some others might be a more appropriate choice in its place.

Wouldn't it be great if somehow they made a massive DVD collection of the 50 greatest Indie films? I'd gladly pay ...

Life of Brian...classic. Most people stop at the Holy Grail, but Life of Brian is an absolute classic, one of Monty Python's best works..."Blessed are the cheese-makers"...slightly sacrilegious, but very, very funny.
