World's Dumbest Terrorists?

Not that regular terrorists aren't stupid anyways...but these guys are "special"...

Filming/recording your terror plot and then going to a public retailer to get the footage transferred to DVD. Assuming of course, they're guilty. They even (allegedly) planned an attack on the Army/Navy football game. Despicable.

what defines a person as a regular terrorist? just curious we had this discussion in my terrorism class.
