Thanks a lot, Gregg. No worries about the tape. I just wanted to know what I missed when I see it next week...

i hate Baruz! i thought he was cool when he saved his mom when Debbie's mother was at the front door and Debbie's phone started ringing. But now, after seeing him start running off at the mouth to everyone in the nation, he is a sellout.
peace.

I like Curtis' character. But why do the bad guys always make the same stupid mistakes when they are trying to get rid of somebody? If they wanted to kill him, stick a gun to his head and end it right there.
I thought it was comical how quickly Curtis was able to reprogram the Override Device. (Alt+F5+Enter) Any decent programmer would have made life much more difficult for them.
Anyone know how many more episodes there are left?

Monday was 5-6 PM and I think it began at 7-8AM...
Couple questions...
How the heck did Tony get that woman to talk? He did not put much pressure on her at all. He kicked the director out of the office so you figured some big torture was on the way like Jack did in Ep. 1. All he did was throw her against a wall and threaten her son. She should not have cracked so easily.
Why did Curtis have to bring Mary Ann to that computer? He had the dead guy right next to him. Cut his thumb off and bring it. Or, if he has to take her, bring some extra back-up to secure the building.
I now understand the reason for the director's daughter storyline but I still found it unnecessary.
I agree with Sonny that these killers don't know what they are doing. Curtis should have been killed immediately. You see it all the time in movies and TV. But, I guess it would mess up the script otherwise.

To me, they've gotten worse and worse. The premise of the show is just out of reach for me. I think the whole real time aspect of the show is a truly amazing innovation for TV, but think about it. How many bad things can happen to one person in one day and then have this stuff happen one day a year? It just seems far fetched. He wakes up and looks at his watch "Oh damn, its March 1st, it's going to be one of those days." I dont think God allows that much chaos to go on in one person's life at a time.

You guys are all crazy.
Sonny, of course the bad guys are going to take Curtis to the van before they kill him. Have you ever tried to carry a dead body down 29 floors, and then have to go back upstairs to clean up the blood? Taking him down to the van, killing him there, and leaving the mess all in one place was the only logical alternative.
Gregg, Tony knows the only thing the woman cares about is her son. She doesn't care if she gets beaten, but she doesn't want her poor little boy rotting away or killing himself in jail. That's all the motivation she needed to open her yap.
He had to bring Marianne to the computer, because as its been made obvious in each season of this show, once a bad guy rats out their buddies, its a lot easier for them to do CTU's work for them than it is for CTU to do it themselves. These people are already familiar with the computers.
KerrLax, It doesn't happen once a year. Each episode is usually set at least 18 months apart from one another. And the reason it keeps happening to Jack is because he's the best. THE BEST. It may not have been about him at the start, but he got in the way of something in the past, and now people want revenge (call it the Die Hard Effect). He puts himself into these situations.
Geez, don't you guys know anything about the way the world works?

i thought Tony would at least bring in Baruz and put a gun to his head or something. telling everybody to leave was stupid. and, im sorry, but im glad that stupid girl is dead so we can get rid of driscoll's indecisive character (who they kept trying to show her having a soft side that wasnt there) and the stupid sotryline of the crazy daughter. all of that just to get Tony back in charge. i wouldve rahter had Jack just tell the SOD heller that he wanted Tony back in charge! that would have wasted 6 episodes.
peace.
