we wouldnt the courts would rule a doctrine of forum non conveniens, that pretty much means if the case can be heard in more than one national court you go with the most convenient, it would be easier to use the african court then a US one for non american citizens

US embassy grounds are legally US soil.
If a Nigerian stabs a Peruvian to death in the lobby of the US embassy in Cambodia, they can be tried under US law for murder.

I understand that factoid. I still don't think it's a practical enforcement of US Law.
