SPOILERS FOLLOW -- IF YOU DIDN'T SEE THE FINAL EPISODE YET, DON'T CONTINUE

Very good finish.... here are some of my thoughts...

1. It appeared that the location where the Chinese got Jack was the same location he brought Logan. Obviously that place was swarming with cops. How did the Chinese get in there so quickly? And with masks nonetheless.

2. How did the Chinese get him to a ship and out to sea so fast? It was literally about three minutes from the time they grabbed him to the time we see the ship already out of port.

3. Why did Buchanan and the DHS woman not seem to know about the President being kidnapped?

4. Will season 6 take place completely in China?

5. I would've liked to see more of a spectacle made when the marshalls arrested Logan. Wish they had handcuffed him right on stage.

the only thing i was disappointed in was that they did not ever confirm exactly who those guys that were holding the strings to the Logan puppet presidency were. I remember that one guy from Robocop years ago, but they never confirmed who they were.

Does anyone know? were they Big Oil magnates?

What about:
1. Why didn't Jack just leave the recording on someone's voice mail?
2. Was Christopher really so dumb as to not check to see if his gun was loaded?
3. Jack wasn't a little surprised that his daughter was calling? He had just told the Prez she wouldn't forgive him.
4. Jack taking 3 shots to the skull with a wrench.
5. Skinny engineer taking out a trained terrorist.
6. The President calling Jack's bluff? Are you kidding me? 3 hours earlier he was ready to eat a bullet now he has the cojones to stare down Bauer?
7. What's her face's arm going from bleed to death to perfectly fine in a matter of hours.

Harder to prove it is real that way. Atleast with the original recording, they should be able to prove its authenticity.

Just my guess, but I figured that the terrorist wasn't paying attention as he normally would since he thought they were alone on the sub.

But remember, 3 hours ago he thought the game was over, that the proof was being handed over to the AG. Now, he knows there is no proof to indict him. He has no reason to confess. If he confesses, he's going to want to kill himself anyways.

Up here in the DC area, a restaurant has a commercial spoofing Jack Bauer by mentioning that in the 5 years of the show, he has not once had a bite of food.

He does work quite well with no sleep, food or water

Season 6 will have to take place in China, unless 10 of the episodes just show Jack on the plane home. His face is going to have to be bruised for the whole season, since he got worked over by the Chinese. I just wanted to see a little resolve for once, I was kind of dissapointed at the end because they never showed who the 3 guys were, and also, I wanted to see what was going to happen to Logan. They make the audience despise him, but then they never showed him receiving any real justice. Can't wait until January next year.
