Ah yes, I remember a kid a few years ago who came from a well-to-do family and stayed his senior year because he too enjoyed the college experience. And possibly, losing to Florida for one more time. Thanks, Peyton.

Before there was Pitino and Donovan, there was another, more famous Providence alum to coach a team to a national championship. You might remember this former Celtic and current radio and tv personality. His name: John Thompson.

Can I get one solid example of Noah acting full of himself? I haven't seen one and, as an LSU fan, I have certainly been trying to. This past week leading up to the game he was ALL business. This whole tournament, for that matter.
I, too, have coached plenty in the past and if I have a guy on my team who set the record for blocks, helped my team get up by twenty plus late in the second half, and is suddenly drawing comparisons to a collegiate Bill Russell, the kid can wink at some cheerleaders.

Im not so much pissed that Noah's full of himself....im more upset at the fact that Im gonna have to see his ugly mug all over espn and sports illustrated and all that stuff. I mean, to have something like that come out of a Swedish model....his dad mustve bludgeoned him with an ugly stick.

Ouch! Although I must admit that I do find Noah sort of freakish looking.

When Noah was marking the UCLA center with the nose shield on, it was like being at the center of the ugly universe.

Look at espn.com. He's in front of all his teammates, flashing some inside joke symbol at the audience.

Winking at cheerleaders seems to convey that he can have sex with them at any time, like cheerleaders are there to sexually please him (which, contrary to belief, they are not). I'm not sure I would want my son thinking he can treat women that way.

Bottom line, he's a great player... a fantastic player... but I just don't dig his attitude. I'll leave it at that. Cheers to Florida on absolutely running UCLA in the ground.

i agree 100%. i was flipping between the replay of the Brewers home opener and the game for almost the entire time. I wasn't really into the championship at all.

I was into it because somebody picked the Gators to win it all and needed the Gators to win in order to win my office pool. That somebody was my fiancee.

He said the cheerleaders were trashing him all game, calling him ugly. The blowing of the kiss was just his way of getting them back.

I don't see a jerk or cocky guy when I see Noah. I see a great player, outgoing guy, having a lot of fun. Nothing wrong with that.
