what do you want to know? Roseville is pretty much a foothill town of the sierras and one of the last stops many people hit before making the trek into Tahoe. People are always stopping there for food, gas, and chains when needed. Other than that, I don't really know if there is much more to the town.

being from the area... he's close. It's about thirty minutes east of sacramento. Roseville is quickly becoming a suburb town to sacramento. It's a nice little town, growing immensely fast. Pretty much everything you'd need is in the town, including a large mall known as the Galleria, which is new from about five years ago. Mostly it's an area where people move for the cheaper properties so that they can put their money into a larger house- that is to say, a good number of the people that live there are relatively well off.

Hope that helps. What did you want to know?

I know there is an In-N-Out right next to the movie theatre.

We used to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Roseville for an event we had in Auburn. Roseville seemed like strip malls and fast food joints. It is the last bit of civilization before you make the climb to Truckee.

The Fry's Electronics is located back, just northest of the I-80/I-5 interchange.

The 49ers used to have their training camp at Sierra College in Rocklin during the days when they had an owner who knew what he was doing. I can tell you that it can get ungodly hot there during the summertime. It is not high enough to get snow during the winter, but it's only an hour & a half drive to the ski resorts in the Tahoe area from there. It is not atypical of any suburban town in the valley, malls, ranch style homes, etc.

I was listing the highlights of Roseville. In-N-Out? Check! Movie theatre? Check! Fry's? Check!

At least there is a Fry's there. i have to drive 3 hours to the onein Downer's Grove or hit them on my work trips.

Coming in March, Ethan hits the Fry's in City of Industry, CA!

Roseville and Rocklin aren't all that close together, except they both get hotter the aich e double hockey sticks in the summer, heck even the Spring and Fall. Roseville is nice, Folsom is nice (prison excepted) Citrus Heights, which is right next door is not. Roseville used to be the "outskirts" of the Sac Metro area, and where you went for quiet and decent housing prices. It's grown, prices have gone up, and growth contiues further and further from Sac lke Lincoln. It does have the largest AutoMall in the world (1995 info, may have changed). The dudes at the Dodge dealer tried to give me the hard sell tactic on an overpriced Dakota.
