Congrats to the Rams and the Buffs. Great showing by the RMLC. My call is CSU by 3 tomorrow.

Looks like CU and CSU traveled 1000 miles to play a school 50 miles away. All Colorado Championship.

Best of luck to both schools...I hope it lives up to the excitement of the game at Invesco.

I just wanted to say congrats to all the B division teams out there this year... it was a heck of a season. Good luck to USD and St. John's tomorrow (actually later today...) for the championship...although I'm sorry to not be on the field, it's good to see such a great year for our tournament.

was it Sonny who said that the loser of the RMLC champs would play for the big one?

would this be the first time a team (st john's) east of the rockies has made it to a uslia/usl mdia championship game??

Though only by a mile or so, St. John's is actually west of the Mississippi. Does that mean it's technically a "western" school?

Well, every year the finals has been between 1) two RMLC teams, 2) two WCLL teams or 3) a RMLC team pitted against a WCLL team, so there is your answer.

No teams east of the Rockies though. Duluth would be champs every year if it weren't for all the first round losses though. Go Bulldogs!

Is anyone now ready for a division in the MDIA to ensure a west vs east at nationals? Just tired of the same ol, same ol. Boring if you ask me, which no one is.

if you live out east, why not just play a varsity program? I think that is the mentality of the talent.

if you live out east, why not just get better and beat some of the teams in the west and earn your way into the championship game?
