Looks like USD might have the chance to get that loss back. Congrads to St. Johns. It should be a good one for Div. B.

Where did this eckard team come from? Were they always this good and they just got a at large thats why the low seeding or by beating UVSC so badly put them on the map? Were they expected to even hang with uvsc?

I would bet they have always been this good, at least this season. I don't think the rankings going into the tournament reflected things as accurately as they truly are. The B division just doesn't have enough cross-over games yet to gage conferences. Some may look at some of the games as upsets. They're not upsets. Just inaccurately seeded teams due to the best available information at the time of the tournament. It's no ones fault. This will be the case until we get more cross overs, and are better able to rank conferences and teams.

Lastly, there's more parity then ever before across the board. There's probably 20 to 30 B teams out there that are 1 legitimate player away from making some serious noise.

Anytime someone says, "St. John's" and "hoops" I feel an obligation to tell them that they are probably thinking of St. John's University in Jamaica Queens, New York and not St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota (the SJU that plays in the USL-MDIA).

"Holy shades of February, Batman!! We have a rematch in div. B!!!"

Kudos to the Grizzlies. Your game against San Diego makes me feel better about our loss. Anyone who can play that way against the Toreros are serious Ballers.

Great game so far between CU and SB. SB always seems to pull out these close ones. These last couple of minutes are going to be good.

Look above your post. That is the final score. SB had a few chances at the end but didn't convert.
