Correct:
New Hampshire went in 2000 and 2002.
Oakland is not listed but I remember they were there in 2003. However, their record in winners bracket games was 0-1.

i think it may have been Kelton Johnson who had all the assists, not positive but pretty sure.

Boston College has been eligible for two years and has gone both years in 2003 and 2004.
