Hey sonny, can you change this posters title from "all conference" to soothsayer??

Just got an email from this guy from Dallas who requested that LSA post this link to the lonestaralliance.org website, and here is the link that y'all may want to check it out at:

http://usliatexas.com

It appears to be a new website and will probably come up with more information when it gets closer to the national USLIA tourney in Dallas.

On this website, this will bring music to your ears as it has "Food", "Weather", and "Traffic". :)

Brent and all others. That website was formed prior to our organizitional meeting for the IA championships (Basically a guy said he had made one real fast and that we could use it). I believe that we are going to be utilizing the north texas lacrosse chapter's website as the tournament home page from our side of things. I will get a firm answer on the address as soon as it comes.

From CNN.com
Begin Quote:
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (AP) -- Storms moving across the southern Plains on Thursday brought winds strong enough to rip off roofs and blow apart barns. Thousands of people lost power in Arkansas, and a lightning-sparked fire killed a man.

Southern Oklahoma had baseball-sized hail and surrounding states saw heavy rain as the front moved east across the Mississippi River. In Mississippi, winds reached 80 mph, and schoolchildren were sent home early in case hurricane-weakened trees fell.

Note - Southern Oklahoma near North Texas....

You're right, this is going to be a huge problem. It may be very difficult telling the difference between hail and a lacrosse ball on the field!!!

I agree. I'm just imagining the players scooping up baseball sized hail because the games must go on!

Hey, ice is ice, whether it is sleet in Minnesota or baseball sized hail in Texas. I can hear it now..."He!!, them boys is wearin' helmets, let em' play!"

Two weeks ago, I was standing in steady rain watching the Oklahoma State and Baylor game, and it was an interesting sight to see both teams scooping the ball, cradle, and slowly shake off mud off the head before going full throttle toward the goal or before passing the ball to his teammate.
