Head Coach - Men’s Lacrosse Club

Framingham State College Men’s lacrosse club has an opening for a head coach. This position is a part-time, seasonal position (semester to semester) for a men’s college club. Requirements of the position include a college degree, 2 years of lacrosse experience (playing or coaching), basic lacrosse safety knowledge, upholding college policies and league rules, as well as monitoring a cleared player list. Candidates with lacrosse safety training, CPR certification and previous coaching experience preferred.

The spring season begins the first week of February with practices usually twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for about two hours per day. Games are typically on Saturdays and Sundays beginning in March. The club reports to the Student Government Association and the Office of Student Involvement and Campus Events. The coach will report directly to the Director of Student Involvement, in conjunction with the team’s president/captain.
