St.Charles, Illinois ~ Boys' Head and Asst Coaches (Varsity, JV and Freshman). Available: Immediately. Position Description: St. Charles High School, Illinois has an opening for a head Varsity coach and two assistant coaches for the upcoming 2007 season and beyond. The St. Charles program is coming off year of superior performance ending the season ranked 7th in the state and conference champions. The club has made continuous improvements in its programs emphasizing it's off-season youth development program and upgrading the competitive level of it's schedule. The St. Charles teams are supported by an active and fiscally solid club lead by a dedicated and supportive executive board. Head Coach minimum Requirements: Minimum five years of lacrosse experience; demonstrated ability to motivate and organize individual players and the team with an emphasis on communication, setting player expectations, establishing a strong sense of team-play and execution; previous coaching experience strongly preferred but not required. Asst. Coach minimum Requirements: Minimum three years of lacrosse experience; demonstrated ability to motivate and organize individual players and the team with an emphasis on communication, setting player expectations, establishing a strong sense of team-play and execution; previous coaching experience preferred but not required.
