Texas State University, MCLA Division 1 in the Lone Star Alliance, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of assistant coach for the 2013-2014 season.

Qualifications: Coaching and/or playing experience at the collegiate level required. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic and possess good leadership and communication skills. Offensive coaching plan preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities: Assistant coaches are required to attend all team functions throughout the fall and spring season (practice, games, and meetings). Other responsibilities include practice and game preparation, scouting opponents, breaking down film, assisting in the planning of fundraising events, and recruiting.

The assistant coach will have the opportunity to supplement their income with tournaments, youth clinics, and camps on and off campus. Interested applicants should submit a resume, and references. Salary: Commensurate with qualifications. Appointment: Part-Time
