Overlake High School Seeking Boys Varsity Coaches

Overlake High School (Redmond Washington) is seeking a qualified Varsity coach for its men's lacrosse program. Collegiate level playing experience is a must for all applicants. Previous coaching experience preferred. A demonstrated commitment to sportsmanship and player development is required. The qualified individuals will have: Leadership and motivational skills, strong knowledge and passion for the game, ability to lead this group of players to compete at a high level. We stress passion, commitment and integrity as core principles of success. Competitive compensation to the right individual. The season runs from February to May 2008. Coaches should be available for practices 5 nights/week starting late February, with games during the week. Coaches in our school report to and receive strong support from the Athletic Director and can concentrate fully on the players and the games.
