Newman University is accepting applications for the position of Head Coach, Men's Lacrosse. This is a part-time position that provides leadership, organization, and supervision for all aspects of the men's lacrosse program. Responsibilities include: budget management, schedule development, recruiting, monitoring academic performance, assisting with marketing/promotions activities for the program, and performing other duties as assigned. A Bachelors Degree and competitive coaching experience at the High School or College level is required. Expertise in technical aspects and strong interpersonal skills are required. Adrian College - Head Coaches
Adrian, Michigan
In January 2006, Adrian College we will be starting a search for a men's and a women's lacrosse coaches. They are looking for some energetic people who would like to start two new programs that will start in the fall of the 2007-2008 school year. Starting salary would be around $25,000 with full benefits and some possible free housing. They will hire these two individuals by July 1, 2006. They then will have one year to get organized and ready to start a varsity sport by the spring of 2008.

Adrian College is a NCAA Division III institution that currently runs a club lacrosse team for men and will try and start one this spring for women. It is a Liberal Arts College in Southeastern Michigan with a current enrollment of 1,000 students that should grow to 1,400 in three to five years. The 144-year-old institution broke ground for a new multi-purpose stadium with field turf on Dec. 1, 2005.
